Who am I?
Sample answer:
I found my way in UX because I am driven by annoyance. I can't stand bad experiences when I know they could be better. I want to be a part of the change that helps make people's lives easier.
Previously I have worked in UX research roles at a medical device startup and city government (public services need UX too!). I enjoy being able to improve experiences beyond the digital screens.
I am currently a Senior User Experience Researcher at Dell Technologies. I spend a lot of time navigating complex enterprise UX problems and figuring out how to increase the impact of research.
